Suffolk, particularly Aldeburgh, holds a special place in my heart. It has been a source of inspiration for me since my family's camping holidays in the 1970s, to more recent visits to my parents who now reside there. The vast open skies and stunning light continue to amaze me and fuel my creativity.

For the past 25 years, photography has been my chosen medium for expressing my artistic vision. During my formative years in photography, I worked as a black and white printer and wedding photographer for a respected Fellow of both the British Institute of Professional Photographers (B.I.P.P) and the Royal Photographic Society (R.P.S) in Bath. This experience gave me invaluable insights into composition, the use of light, and the art of visual storytelling through the lens in a professional environment.

Now based in Wiltshire, I have been running my own professional photography business for the past 20 years. This includes weddings, family portraits, pet photography, and equestrian portraiture. I am proud to be an associate of the R.P.S and a Licentiate of the B.I.P.P since 2002.

Although my professional work primarily focuses on portraiture, my true passion now lies with landscape photography. Over the last decade, I have dedicated more and more time to honing this craft. My efforts have been rewarded with recognition by esteemed organisations, such as having one of my images selected for the Royal Academy Summer Show last year, and having an image featured in the Royal West of England Academy Photography Open in Bristol this year. I have also participated in various art trails for a number of years, including the Aldeburgh Studio Trail, Wylye Valley Art Trail, and Cloth Road Art Trail in Wiltshire. My work has been widely exhibited in the West Country and Suffolk, and my pieces can be found in private collections throughout the UK and abroad.
